Our shuttle fleet — now all new EV soft-ride, high-ceiling models — runs continuously to and from the airport, just a mile away. We are constantly evolving our facilities and services which now include a robust menu of amenities including comfortable seating, live flight data, a hospitality bar with complimentary Brewer’s Choice coffee and tea, newspapers, water, and QuickPay kiosks — all included, no strings attached. This is anchored on a core belief that customer experience is paramount to every decision. We strive to exceed our customers expectations at every turn.
We’ve consistently invested in the future: from expanded facilities and streamlined entry/exit to dedicated EV charging stations for both valet and self-park guests. We’re focused on staying at the forefront of the technological curve for operational efficiency and to preserve our planet. We’ve used eco-friendly systems since the beginning, like an energy reduced transformer, electric shuttles, LED lighting, and EV charging stations — and now we’re furthering our commitment through partnerships with Tesla, Chargepoint, and EVgo Supercharging.

While the location is good, and their shuttle service is great, the on-site staff at Aladdin is outstanding. Every single person I interacted with during my last two visits has provided me with exemplary customer service.
Aladdin Airport Parking is the best place that I have used when flying out of San Diego. They have self and valet parking, and car wash options. I have never waited more than a few minutes for their shuttle during pick up and drop-off.
